Alshaya watches expects its customers to be satisfied with the product, but the customer may want to exchange or return the product, so we are keen on customers ’convenience that the return process is as simple as possible, and these conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the customer.
The product must be returned within (3) days from the date of receiving the order with the invoice, and change (14) days.
The product must be in the condition in which it was received, unused and with its original packaging, with original cards and stickers and all of its components on it.
In the event that the order is returned after receiving it by the customer, the shipping fees and payment on receipt fees are not refundable.
The cost of return is (23) SR.
We pack the products to ensure they reach you in good condition. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, or if a product differs from the one that was ordered, we will replace it for you free of charge, or refund the amount according to the condition of the returned product.
In these cases, we will also pay you the cost of returning the product.
You will be responsible for returned products until they reach us.
Submit a product recall request through your account on the site.
You will receive the return policy within 3 working days via email. Please print the policy and contact Aramex on the unified number 920027447 to coordinate the date of receiving the shipment from your location, or you can deliver it to the nearest Aramex branch.
In the event that the payment is “prepaid”, the amount will be returned to your account within 14 working days.
In the event that the payment is through the “Cash on delivery” feature, the amount will be returned to your bank account within 3 days.
The retrieval process above does not take place until the items sent to us arrive and are in conformity with the conditions of retrieval.
